Refund Policy

A request for a full refund can be accepted up to 30 days prior to the start date to your program. Any request made after that, can be applied as a credit to your account to use within 12 months from the date of issue.

Due to the increased costs of programs as a result of COVID-19, we cannot offer a refund should your program be canceled due to a high risk exposure resulting in closure. Additionally, if a child becomes ill, or someone in the immediate family is showing symptoms of COVID-19 and the risk is deemed too great for the child's return to the program, we cannot offer a refund. A credit for the balance of the days unused can be maintained for up to one year for future programs. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
